Intellectual property rights

All content of the e-shop, including distinctive titles, trademarks, images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, etc. constitute the intellectual property of the COMPANY and are protected according to the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions.

Any copying, transfer or creation of derivative work based on this content or misleading the public about the real provider of the e-shop is prohibited. The reproduction, reissue, uploading, announcement, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the content in any way or means for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the prior written consent of “Galanis Xristos” or any other copyright holder. The names, images, logos and distinctive features that represent the online store under the Classicfootballcollectibles trademark or third parties and their products or services, are exclusive trademarks of the COMPANY or third parties protected by the relevant trademark laws. Their appearance on the website should in no way be construed as a transfer or assignment of a license or right to use them.

Protection of personal data

Galanis Xristos, who manages the website classicfootballcollectibles.gr does NOT disclose, sell, distribute or exchange the personal data of its customers to anyone, unless this is required by law or by a court decision or other public authority.

The data of users (name, profession, e-mail address, home address, etc.) and their transactions with the online store are considered confidential, as in the usual transactions in a commercial store.

Users, when providing their data in the context of their transactions with Galani Xristo, consent and accept the forthcoming processing of the above data for the needs of their specific transaction with it, as well as the transmission for this purpose of these data to responsible employees of Galanis Xristos.

All documents and electronic data that will be exchanged between the parties in the context of the sale will be kept exclusively and responsibly by Galani Xristo.

Our company ensures that each customer, whenever he requests it, is entitled to have access to the above personal data, without any financial burden and if he considers that some of his personal information is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate, he has the right to request their correction or completion, as well as their deletion, without any delay.

PRODUCT RETURN

The customer has the right to return the products within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the order and if this is done without having used the products and with the simultaneous dispatch of all the accompanying (retail receipt, product card, etc.)and after having previously informed us in any case about the return via email to the info@classicfootballcollectibles.com. Changes are NOT accepted without the proof of purchase and the product card. The return costs of the products are borne by the customer and the return is made with the courier company of his choice. If the use of the products is found, they will be sent back to the customer. In case all the terms of the return have been met, the customer is entitled to receive a full refund (which will be made exclusively through a bank after consultation with our company) or the new product of his choice.

In the event that the customer notices that a product has not been included in his order or is defective, he must immediately inform the company about the fact in order to replace or refund the amount corresponding to the product. Changes, replacements or refunds can only be made in 14 days from the receipt of the order by the customer. After this time no change, replacement or refund is possible.

Order Cancellation – Changes

The user has the ability before the completion of the order to go to the previous page and remove the products from his cart. If the order is completed, the user can, after consultation with our company, return his product within 14 days from the date of delivery. In a period of offers or discounts can only be made during this period. Seasonal products (Christmas) cannot be changed after the end of the festive season (changes will be accepted until December 31 of the year they were purchased and only if this date falls under the time limit of changes, i.e. within 14 days of receipt of the product) If the receipt of the order takes place after the end of the offers or the discounts or Christmas holidays, there is the possibility of changing up to five working days from the day of receipt of the package by the customer. In order for such a return to be accepted, the product must not have been used in any way, its condition must be perfect and accompanied by all its proofs (labels, receipt, etc.)
